Paul Shutte, founder of Shoreline Building, has over 20 years’ experience in construction, and is passionate about building stunning modern homes.
He is well-known for his visionary ideas, relentless pursuit of excellence and uncompromising attention to detail. His ‘Quattro’ development on Nairn Road, was winner of the 2016 Premier Guarantee Building Award for projects over £2 million, in recognition of his unparalleled focus on build quality and finish.

One of over 400 entrants, Shoreline beat off stiff competition to win this prestigious award that recognises the tremendous skill involved with the build, excellent site management and quality control.
